The Company
Med Doc Healthcare is Ireland’s leading primary care and pharmacy recruitment company providing staffing solutions in the primary care and retail pharmacy sectors and incorporating both Med Doc & Med Pharm. We work with private and public sector clients, ensuring integrity and accountability in all that we do. Our offices are based in Dublin 18, and you will work a hybrid model initially with option to work fully remotely once you can illustrate an aptitude for same.
We are keen to meet people with strong relationship, sales and business acumen experience as well as a desire to be the best. We have openings on both our primary care and pharmacy recruitment desks at present for strong sales orientated individuals with excellent attention to detail. We are very much people centric and focused on providing progressive career paths for like-minded successful people. You will need to meet clients and candidates at their place of work/office on a monthly basis at least.
The Person
We are looking for like-minded individuals who possess strong relationship management/sales experience with a can-do attitude. This role will evolve into a Recruitment Consultant provided you can illustrate strong sales targets being achieved in a previous role, time management and business acumen along with relationship building skills. This is a very fast paced environment, you must have strong attention to detail that you can illustrate, a driving license and be willing to meet clients and candidates in various parts of the country or you will not be suited to this role at all. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing all aspects of the day-to-day client and candidate pipeline alongside an excellent recruitment team. This role as a trainee recruitment consultant will include business development, candidate recruitment and client recruitment. This is a hot desk with large client and candidate pool already built. You will need to be excellent at multitasking, self-motivated, working on your own initiative and desire to be the best. This is a competitive, fast paced environment and will suit a sales minded-person with at least 5+ years hospitality/sales experience.
You will work with a close-knit team with years of experience in this highly rewarding market. You will see your desk expand and grow significantly over the next 5 years with serious career growth opportunities for you as a result. You must be very strong on using technology such as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and Facebook as well as other platforms to attract and recruit clients/candidates.
Experience Required:
- Full Clean Driving License
- 5+ years hospitality/sales/recruitment experience
- Proven business acumen

- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook

- Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
