Med Doc Healthcare is Ireland’s leading primary care and pharmacy recruitment company providing staffing solutions in the primary care and retail pharmacy sectors and incorporating both Med Doc & Med Pharm. We work with private and public sector clients, ensuring integrity and accountability in all that we do. Our offices are based in Dublin 2, however, we currently operate a full remote working model.

We are keen to meet people with strong relationship, hospitality and/or recruitment experience with strong business acumen and desire to be the best. We have openings on both or primary care and pharmacy recruitment desks at present for strong sales orientated individuals with excellent attention to detail. We are very much people centric and focused on providing progressive career paths for like-minded successful sales people. You will need to meet clients and candidates at their place of work/office on a regular basis.

The Position

We currently have a vacancy for someone who has a strong relationship management/sales background ideally with previous recruitment experience and a can-do attitude. This is a role is dealing with contractors/locums and is very fast paced environment, you must have strong attention to detail that you can illustrate or you will not be suited to this role at all. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing all aspects of the day to day operations of your own desk alongside an excellent recruitment team. This is a 360 recruitment consultant position which will include business development, candidate recruitment and client recruitment. This is a hot desk with large client and candidate pool already built. You will need to excellent at multitasking, self motivated, working on your own initiative and desire to be the best. This is a competitive, fast paced environment and will suit a sales person/recruiter with at least 5-10 years hospitality/sales and/or healthcare recruitment experience.

You will be a central part of our operation, working with a close-knit team with years of experience in this highly rewarding market. You will see your desk expand and grow significantly over the next 5 years with serious career growth opportunities for you as a result. You must be very strong on using technology such as Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and Facebook as well as other platforms to attract and recruit clients/candidates.

Experience Required:

  • Full Clean Driving License
  • 5-10 years hospitality/sales/recruitment experience
