Med Doc Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to join our successful primary care & pharmacy recruitment business. Formed in 2018, Med Doc & Med Pharm have gone from strength to strength and are always looking to attract the best people to add to our coveted company culture.

The person we are looking for will have a strong natural entrepreneurial spirit. They will be a creative individual who can drive sales and company strategy that will compliment our recruitment team and enable new heights to be reached. You will have a clear track of being able to coordinate and manage people and teams in a way that inspires and motivates those you manage. Strong relationship management with clients and candidates is absolutely essential in this role along with strong attention to detail, excellent communication and a desire to be the best. You will oversee the hiring and training of current and new staff. You will report directly to the managing director. You will have a desire to get out and meet prospective and current clients/candidates.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years Operations or Management Experience
  • Full clean drivers license
  • Sales, Hospitality or Recruitment Operations Management Experience
  • Proven & demonstrable experience of exceeding targets & winning business
  • Maintain a positive culture at all times
  • Excellent Social Media skill-set
  • Full Microsoft Office, Teams & Sharepoint skill-set
  • Business related qualification
